Apparently with the ULEZ fines people are offered an auto pay system where 12 pounds or so is automatically taken from their accounts each week to cover the ULEZ charge, but they then also get fines taken automatically out of their accounts. One guy had 700 pounds extracted for something another driver did and he can’t get his money back. So beware of offers for automatic payments to be taken out of your bank account!!!

In it, list whatever you charge for whatever actions.If they don’t respond, that’s even better – it means tacit agreement. Send notification three times to create an agreement. Next time you receive a letter, send them an invoice for processing their letter, as per your fee schedule.
