Digital ID gone through in Australian Parliament?
Posted by Tara on May 22, 2024 at 9:37 amHi everyone- sorry, have been away from my natural law studies for a while and I don’t know if this topic is already being discussed but what is the plan going forward regarding the digital ID Bill that’s supposedly just been passed in Australia?

Yea heard that. They had protest in Brisbane and Melbourne but during the week. Weird. So our notices are only going to asic why are we not sending them to parliament? Marks first lot were aimed at parliament but then they changed.

I’m hearing there’s been nothing at all in MSM- so are Australians just going to wake up on June 1st with access to social media blocked unless they capitulate? I agree with the commentator in the video that Oz is being used as a beta test for this. Australia is tough- if they can get Oz to roll over- then NZ will be next I think.

It’s important to get in your Non Consent to Digital ID documents to give you standing in this matteer.
-
Hi Morag- do these non-consents cover NZ too like the vax ones did when we did them a few years back?
-
Looking at the non-consent page it says “Australia and New Zealand” in the heading here: https://solutionsempowerment.org/resources/non-consent/ but when I click on the next step here: https://solutionsempowerment.org/resources/non-consent/non-consent-to-digital-id-notification-process-australia/ it seems to be only for Australia.

I can give you my copy in the PMs if you like and then you can edit in your name. Are you married?
-
-
Ok Mine are for married, the affidavit will be ok though you’ll just have to adjust the notices accordingly.
-
-
Remember they are only acts and once you get them as a second witness (in a face to face interaction) by asking, ‘are we in agreement I am a woman’ (up to three times if they fail, refuse or neglect to answer) after the third time you have the commercial energy to answer for them. Then once you are in agreement that you are a woman, then you ask where is the word woman in that act? (If it is not included it is excluded maxim…
Expressio unius est exclusio alterius is a Latin term
used in law that means “to express or include one thing
implies the exclusion of the other. The express mention of one
thing excludes all others.) So the wording in an act has the inclusion of ‘person’ or ‘everyone’ etc and they exclude ‘man’ or ‘woman’. So then how does that act apply to you? If you are conversing with notices then you establish you are a living woman with your affidavit that accompanies the notices and once it is an unrebutted affidavit then the facts have been established.

For sure- and as well there’s this: https://www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/2023/0013/latest/LMS459629.html “This Act binds the Crown” and we all know what the Crown is- certainly not living man or woman.

Hey Janet. Can I have a copy of your editable Digital ID papers too? I went through the papers with the mistakes and finally got so frustrated that I gave up. 😟
-
I’m in the process of editing the married version to reflect a single man/woman and highlighting all the places requiring name etc. I’ll have it finished by this afternoon and fire it back to Janet to check over if you want to avoid all that work?
-
That sounds great Tara, I’ll be able to use that as well 🙂
-
Absolutely! Almost finished- just want to have a final read through to see if I’ve missed any “us” to “me” etc. Will send it through by a bit later this afternoon (my main job atm is taxi mum!)
-
I did make some other changes in the final notices we sent (for myself and my husband) so if you want to look at those (not editable but you can cut and paste) I can send those through to you in a PM as well so you can compare the wording in your edited version with that.
-
Thanks- that would be great- would you mind letting me know whereabouts in the docs those changes are when you send through? Many thanks!
-
I’m not sure where the changes are, as they were small changes I made to make it tighter, so you would have to just read through side by side to see where they are.
-
No worries- just going through Janet’s final version and the one I’ve got and comparing notes para by para. Finished later on tonight.
-
Hi e-h – I’m not yet au fait with how to contact you by private message- are you able to contact me then I can forward you the latest version of the Round 1 non consent docs.
