  QCAT Court Date

  I’m off to court soon at QCAT to fight a motion of the defendant to dismiss arguing my claim is frivolous. Given this will be my first time in court, I’m inclined to remember the words of Bruce Lee to avoid the jitters. I’m convinced that most professionals are sub par with arguments full of bluff & falsehoods. I’m the only one with a full understanding of their straw man arguments & failure to honour estoppel & the Public Service code of conduct. I think I’ve got everything to play the passing shot and smile in the process. Wish me luck.
