According to UK law, a court appointed bailiff MUST have the insignia of their service openly displayed on their uniform, have body cam on their uniform, give their names and services company name to anyone who asks for it in a public place, and a locksmith MUST display the service/company name/phone number/website address on any vehicle they turn up in.
These people are role-players, brought in by the banks, and the “locksmith” commits multiple public order offences by swearing at people in the street, wielding a deadly weapon in public view (A crowbar), and then goes on to commit traffic violations by parking on double yellow lines, attacking people by driving toward them using his car as a weapon, and causing acts of Actual Bodily Harm when he collide his vehicle into the people asking his locksmith company name and his own identity.
This is all a put up job by the banks, obviously, and if there were any real justice left in the UK, ALL parties from the bank, through to the “bailiff” (Who is falsely impersonating an officer of the Crown Court) and the so-called locksmith should be arrested and charged for intimidation, trespass, public disorder, causing actual bodily harm, armed/vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an accident

Yes and that is where you would gather evidence by asking the right questions while they are there very calmly and up to three times for each question (as well as preparing thoroughly leading up to the encounter with paperwork served and lots of role play) and use it later to get your remedy. I have found if there is inadequate preparation on my part (in matters I am dealing with) then even with the best of intentions, under stress I forget about the three question rule and I get blindsided by unexpected questions from them, so preparation is the key.
