    Hey there. Some advice please

Well i lodged an application for a new passport and i put my all rights reserved signature on it even supported it with a photocopy of my licence with all rights reserved signature and when i received my new passport they used my old signature not that for the application. I believe its a fraud.should i send it back as they made a mistake?? Any thoughts?

happy rising i wish a beautiful day to everyone

To continue my journey with ARR passport signature, well my signature has been rejected regarding unacceptable signature act 2005 bla bla They are saying i can ask a further investigation before i could take them to court . So i can apply an application . What should i write, what questions should i ask, can i purchase a module for this particular situation please ?. Just to see where we are now i already rejected one issued passport and this is a third level of investigation . Should i focus on the fact they issued a passport with my old signature not the one ARR from the application . Any help would be really loved
