Disharging the MORTGAGE
Hello fellow members ! I have had success with discharging creditcards and personal loan with methods learned from Marks teaching, i would like to get rid of my Mortgage and i was considering getting some more credit cards to then put them againts the balance on the mortgage and do it that way as credit cards are easier to discharge, but doing so puts me into debt again which is dishonourable? just looking for some opinons and ideas on this , please!!!

Does anyone have any information on guarantor mortgages? Like what would the process be to remove the guarantor from the contract?

The guarantor has put up the collateral so probably the only way you could remove the guarantor is to have another source of collateral and then take over the mortgage (I’m not sure if that is possible) or to sell the property.

This is very interesting. Have you heard of anyone completing this process and having success?

He says in the vid that they have been going for 3 months where he is detailing the findings of the man Devine. Apparently he was successful and wished everyone well and died the following year.

Sorry in answer to your Q. I know of people doing the process he describes but have not heard
as to any results from any challenges.-
