00:50:48 Christina Husovic: Q: Need help with how to handle the Sheriffs Office. This is concerning an infringement notice back in December 2021. I dealt with this fine with a 3 step process from Aussie Speeding Fines. I managed to get passed the 12 months statute of limitations with my arguments. They finally after 12 months of hounding me left me alone. Until last week when I went to check the mail I found a letter from the Sheriffs Office. Threatining me with clamping my car seizing and selling it, taking money from my bank account, remove my number plates, seize and sell property, or arrest me if I dont pay the fine First time to receive this and not sure what I should do.

01:01:33 dave: I wrote this to our shire council. 👉Dear Chris White, I have been made aware that Kyogle Shire Council add fluoride to our drinking water. The Government claim there are approximately 2000 dentist or medical personal say that fluoride is safe for our health.
Please supply one doctor that will accept commercial liability with his/her date of birth and say that fluoride is safe. If you can not supply one doctor that fluoride is safe then I will agree to drink the water for $250,000 every year. I require a reply from you within 21 days.

01:03:52 Shaun: Q – Hi Mark. Is the principal of double jeopardy applicable in Australia – can’t be taken to court again for the same matter? My daughter had a parking fine. We nominated to go to court. Revenue NSW had an IT glitch and did not notify the court date. The court hearing was held in absentia. Fine of $50 + court costs. We paid the amount. Then Revenue NSW re-issued the court nomination. We sent the court copies of the original court order plus proof of payment. They are still billing us the $50 fine.

do you send an individual copy of each individul liabiltity clause and notice
to each perpetrator (being the minister, CEO & 2 perpetrators)
Ive heard where you recommend to then send a 4th copy of all 3 liability clauses sent & also an affidavit.
do you send all 4 copies (including affidavit) to each of the 4 perpetrators.
I STILL AM NOT SURE WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AFTER THIS IS.
WHO WHAT DO I LODGE next and TO AND WHERE.i CANT GET FULL NAMES FROM ANYBODY OR PLACES TO SUBMIT THE ISSUES IM DEALING WITH, TRANSPORT NSW, SERVICE NSW, CBA BANK TO NAME JUST A FEW. CANT GET INDEMNITY INSURANCE INFO EITHER. Im lost trying to find out what the final step is. tHERE NO INFO IN THE VIDEO OR MODULE INFO AS GUIDANCE.
when you get to this stage is it time to just WRITE A LETTER AS A “CPO” (COMMONWELATH PUBLIC OFFICIAL) DEMANDING NAMES , INDEMNITY INSURANCE NAME & NUMBER ETC.
