Hello everyone,
Just need some advice on this please, if anyone has had a similar experience.
My was involved in an accident a few weeks ago where a car hit her car while she was merging into the right lane. Now we have received a letter from the insurance co, which we sent back marked RTS. l dont know what was in it but am guessing they are wanting to claim damages from us. The car that hit our car has insurance cover but we dont. We live very humbly and dont earn much money. What should my next staep be if they decide to pursue us? l would greatly appreciate some advice / guidance here from anyone.

Hi Lawrence do you have any evidence of what transpired such as video footage? if you get another envelope you could possibly steam it open to check out the contents, then reseal it before sending it back, I’m not telling you you should or shouldn’t do this, that’s up to you, I’ve heard it’s just what some people do, and then they know for sure what they are dealing with.

l am pretty sure l know, from other peoples experience, that they will try to recover the costs from us.

Hi Dave, Yes name is all caps. What do you think l should do? We don’t own anything and have no money.

In module 10 it goes into ten ways to discharge a debt. Also module 6,7,8 might be worth a look. I watched the video but I haven’t done any of these processes.
