  Being Sued

  Hey all, I’ve had a solicitor file a claim against me a the magistrate court, the claim is for unpaid council rates. He’s representing on behalf of the council. I discharged the rates notice with AV4 process. Basically court told me I need to file a notice to defend otherwise court/magistrate can had down judgment with my consent. Anyone had dealings with being sued ?
