  Tenant claim against Landlord

  Hello

  I own an investment property that had leaking balcony which I have now repaired. The tenant is now claiming compensation of $17000 claiming that the leakage had caused her family inconvenience and illness due to mould in the garage which I also had removed. She is claiming this through VCAT.

  Any ideas on how I can hold my position or counteract this claim?
