Where is the contract you signed agreeing to this? If you haven’t agreed with full disclosure and all the other things that make a contract valid, does that not invalidate this claim? Alternatively where is the referendum they needed to submit to the public before taking this sort of invasive and usurping legislation? If there was no referendum, again, does this not invalidate their claim?

That is true. What we do when we sigh the contract on the property we are buying, sign then All rights reserved underneath so now we reserve all our rights. Put a faint line through Allodial title clause and initials it
