  From statutory demand…Lawyer threatening me with $30,000 charges

  </div><div>I’ve been following the promissory note process for several months. I’ve just issued the statue to a demand for the three invoices that I sent them which came from the breach of contract which I sent with the promissory note.</div><div>
  </div><div>I received an email from the lawyer today giving me three days to withdraw the demand or that they will be going to the Supreme Court as they are disputing it and that I will be liable for $30,000 in legal fees if they have to do that.</div><div>
  </div><div>No stage have they disputed the invoices with me? They have simply ignored each and everyone of my invoice and notices.</div><div>
  </div><div>Appreciate any thoughts and ideas from the men and women in this community thank you</div>
