  • Issuing On-the-spot NOTICE to Police re Arrest

Posted by david-george on October 25, 2024 at 11:17 am

Can anyone quickly point me in the direction of a boilerplate form or Notice that I can Issue to a Police Officer if they are threatening Arrest with insufficient evidence on the basis of Presumption. (ie a Notice that will require $1,000/hr costs if the arrest is found to be without basis).

    Thanks in Advance

On the Spot Morag. ie They come rocking up to the front door with an issue, or they pull me over on the road. So its on the spot to avoid arrest if they get unreasonable despite my questioning of them. I’m good with all the questions to fire at them over Jurisdiction & Application of the law, but this is a measure to make them go away and present paperwork through the mail.

So going back to the point about the schedule Claim of Right attached to this Notice, is that included in that Parcel 18?

              Morag,

This Claim of Right Process appears to be a foundational element when starting out in this game of challenging the Admiralty. Would you characterise it in this way, and make it a MUST DO for the long term?

There are many sections in the NZ Crimes Act that mention a claim of right eg…

240Obtaining by deception or causing loss by deception

(1)Every one is guilty of obtaining by deception or causing loss by deception who,

by any deception and without claim of right,—

(a)obtains ownership or possession of, or control over, any property, or any

privilege, service, pecuniary advantage, benefit, or valuable consider-

              ation, directly or indirectly; or

You can probably find equivalents in your Acts. So a claim of right is very important.

Havn’t got through the webinar completely yet, but I think I did this back in 2021. I didn’t send it to the pope though, just PM, Fed ministers, Governor & State Govt via email. This is the one with the red ink thumbprint yeah?

Yes, did you do the non consent on here or was the claim of right from somewhere else?

It was done with SE. I dont recall purcahsing the unit though for some reason. I certainly didn’t write it, so it must have been auto generated by Mark’s system. I’ve got copies of all the Notices, but obviously attaching copies of them as a schedule to the POlice Notice seems over the top. Is there a short form of that document that is attached as the schedule?

I don’t think there is a short form, which non consent did you do. It can be used as an exhibit to an affidavit.
