Arrested for failing to state details
Yesterday I took Dad out to go to the ATM machine as he cant use a car himself due to having knee replacement surgery last week.
While he was at the ATM and I was sitting in a parked car waiting a Police Officer approached the door out of no where asking “Whats your full name and can you produce your drivers licence?” I started recording, everytime she asked “Whats your full name?” I would respond with “what do you mean by your?” this went on for about 2 mins before another cop approached the car and asked the same question to which i asked again “What do you mean by your?”.
They then proceeded to rip me out the car in front of everyone on a busy street corner, as i was being ripped out the car he aggressively told me i was under arrest, I asked “what for?” and he replied as captured by the recording on the phone “Fail to state details”.In what world do we get ripped out of a car thrown into the back of a wagon, leaving Dad stranded on one leg, for failing to state details.
When i never refused anything, I was just asking what they meant by your.At the jail house i never told them i was a name and i never gave them a date of birth, they would have done some digging and presuming to locate the birth certificate details, which one officer actually brought up when continuing to ask for my name.
They threatened to keep me locked up over night unless i signed a bail agreement to which i said I would only sign under duress and the officer i was speaking to agreed and understood I was only doing so under duress.
For one, the actual agreement was never signed by me, they transferred an electronic marking from one place to the agreement.
Secondly, correct me if im wrong but arent all agreements invalid if one is coerced into entering it?
Thirdly, no name on the agreement just the use of this bullshit wordmark text.
When i asked for all officers details involved in writing they refused and said they are under no obligation to give their details out in writing, they denied having business cards and denied having indemnity insurance.
I had to ask a different officer after being released at the front desk for the details of the 2 officers who ripped me out the car.
I also asked them at the counter what legislation removes an officers obligation to provide details in writing, he said he didn’t know, suprise suprise, so i said well then mate are you sure you know there is no obligation if you dont know the very legislation your claiming to know.Ive observed many many police videos online and never seen anyone get ripped out a car and assaulted so fast for asking a question.
I feel like returning the alleged agreement to the station and letting them know i dont understand what it reads and that a agreement under duress is not legally valid.
I do not plan on going to court, they will have to kidnap me again to get me there…..

Hi , I just read of your experience. So sorry firstly that you went through this horrific experience and sorry for your Dad . Horrendous! I was surprised there was no other responses . How did you get on with advice/support ? Interested to know and hope you have found some answers or direction that is helpful

He has been learning and standing up to these criminals. It’s an ongoing saga for him but he is gaining knowledge as he goes. Hopefully he will see your question and answer as to what is happening himself as I don’t want to share his private information without his consent. He has been receiving support via the private messaging system on this platform.

I never went to the court hearing, got stopped again and same thing all over again except this time they did hold me in the cell for nearly 24 hours since i wouldnt sign the bail agreement (how they wanted it to be signed) they labelled me an extremist etc, the car was stolen by them even though I moved it into the trust i had made by Mark, i did everything ive been taught, 3 letter process, invoiced them for the amounts they assented to in the non replies to the notices, they dont give a fuck, they refuse to answer the questions in court, i was made to sit before a judge the next morning so i stayed silent and it was adjourned, i go to the next hearing, filed evidence of my administrative process, did the non consent process in the hearing and they basically refuse to acknowledge anything, judge even said “i read SOME of the material you provided” SOME not ALL, already revealing their bias, they moved that to pre trial conference to which i had adjourned twice to bide time, when i finally go back there i hit the prosecutor with the one big question that crushes everything and they still would not answer the question, “BY WHAT AUTHORITY AM I TO BE RECOGNIZED BY THAT NAME IF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF THE IDENTITY OF THE MAN OR WOMAN PRESENTING IT?” I had been so mentally and physically drained that i just gave up and said i would enter the plea this one time only under mitigating circumstances, never once agreed with them, never once claimed to be their person named, they even acknowledged that i didnt agree and that they needed me to “act” as the named defendent, i have it recorded too.
Basically im not paying shit, they can fine the name all they want, they can cancel the licence, do whatever the fuck they want but im done playing this game, that includes wasting time and energy with paperwork to use against these people, im done, goodluck with it, sooner the world burns the better

Just ask one question to the JUDGE “ Are you a PUBLIC SERVANT this does several things (1) It creates a jurisdictional reversal for the Judge operating in his Private Court and Private Oath(2) It brings him back to a TRUSTEE who has fudiciary duties as we are beneficiary (3) Brings him back to the correct Constitution (4) Sets you up to state how can a PUBLIC servant have jurisdiction over a PRIVATE man. AI is starting to bring the GANGSTER to heel.Cheers
