nephew) masterminded propaganda to manipulate and control what people
believed and what they would buy and ultimately defend the use of. Through these methods that amount to blatant lies (as in the convid hoax) he convinced people fluoride was not
poisonous but ‘safe and effective’ and healthy (among many other things
the public were duped about through his masterminding of propaganda such as convincing people that smoking was healthy).
