  Invoicing via private trust in US

  Hi All,

  Just wondering if anyone can offer some assistance.

  My husband and I have setup a private trust and it is working well.

  We are starting an on-line business where we will be invoicing a company out of the US.

  They have advised we need to fill in Certificate of Status of Beneficial Owner for
  United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Entities) Form W-8BEN-E.

  As we will be utilising our private trust, has anyone else been through this process, if so I would love some assistance as I dont want to make a mistake.

    Yes, sorry i shoudl have stated that. I am aware of ATO forms you use but not sure of overseas (USA) tax forms for trading OS. Thanks in advance
