Good information but just out of curiosity, where did the name Zang come from?… Zang Surname: South German and Jewish (Ashkenazic): metonymic [meaning substitute name] occupational name for a blacksmith from Middle High German zange ‘pliers’ German Zange.

I have no idea. Some folk just have it attached to it by no choice of their own. I know a guy whos last name is Crapp or Whore. They didn’t chose it. The last name is just an add on by the Catholic church. And that is another can of worms.
