  I have purchased the director ID non consent letters from SE. I have a question regarding the affidavit. Do I need
  to fill in anything in the section of the affidavit where there is a
  line on the 1st page (see photo) or is this line intentionally blank? Thankyou

    This is not legal advice I’m just speaking from my own experience..L.S. Locus Sigilli meaning the place of the seal. So that is where you put your red thumbprint and then sign beside it. Use whatever is your normal signature. Do the thumbprint at home and the signature in front of the JP and get him to initial beside your signature.
