What you do is take notice of the language used in the advice. The Minister MAY also refuse… MAY be deemed…

Maybe it won’t be refused, especially if you can show evidence of your signature on other documents.

Is not everything that is written down in their documents an offer? Does it not require your consent or your belief that they have the right to tell you what to do and that they can impose their will on you without your consent and without you having any ability to negotiate for their offers to constitute an accepted contract? If you believe that, then for you is that not true? However if you understand the rules of commerce and believe that every offer on the table can be negotiated or challenged in various different ways such as having evidence your signature is well established and you can prove it is written a certain way then how can they deny you to sign your real signature?

Did anyone out there experience the ARR signature issue dealing with the German consulate?

Right now the latter is refusing further processing of my German passport renewal, asking me to turn up again to present them a signature in the format they dictate.

I find it challenging to translate Mark’s teachings into the applications of my own language, German.

So if anybody took on authorities in other European languages, other than English, I would appreciate tips to help me along.

    Kindly Dana

I’ve sorted this issue out. I’ve adopted a ‘for purpose only’ signature that is different to my regular signature that does not include ARR. The Application document was then accompanied with a separate letter that stated clearly that the application reserved all rights at law & equity, denying statutory obligation, and stapled this to the application together with a third party witnessing document signed by the Postal worker with their Australia Post stamp. The letter and the witnessing document expressly cited the formal Application number, and also the third party witness document ID. Duplicates were retained for evidence. The passport application has been processed and the passport is on its way & in the mail.

Well done David. Would you mind sharing a copy of your letter with us (without any personal details) so it may assist us? I am fairly new to all this but if something is working let do it!

      Thanks Natho

When referring to using a bill of exchange to discharge a liability, this was said in a webinar … “NB Don’t staple it because that makes it one document and then they can’t see the payment and

that’s what they’ll tell you.. “Thanks for paying it but we can’t see the payment”. The paperclip

ensures it is only accompanying the contract.” I wonder if the same thing would apply to attaching the notice the member talked about above ? Maybe it would be a good question to ask at the next Q and A?…https://solutionsempowerment.org/event/general-qa-april-9/

Hi all , im about to get my ARR drivers license in September, when it expires.

I’ve noticed some have has theirs rejected. So im wondering if I had some kind of affidavit or declaration signed by a notary or JP , that it is within my rights to have a ARR license, just to throw a bit of weight behind my application. What sort of affidavit or declaration would I use ? And are there other things I could do ? I’m also going to produce every card I have , with a ARR signature on it .

    Cheers twiggie
