  ATO Debt

  Good evening. I’m new here, was recommended by a few people on LIP Telegram to join. The reason for joining is that I had a debt with the ATO for 20-21 FY, they put a bunch of interest on it, I submitted a letter to try and have the interest removed and paid 10% of the estimated amount I earned (before I knew about everything!) to show that I was serious about paying the estimated amount. They rejected my letter and sent a letter back from Recoveries Corporation saying I owed the estimated amount + interest. I have been studying everything I can about the private, my strawman etc. and wanted some potential solutions to where I am now. Of all the webinars and modules to buy here, can someone please let me know which ones I should get? Is it also possible to obtain services from SE to assist me personally? I have questions about whether the ATO can actually charge interest in the first place (on an estimated amount), whether I can use “ab initio” now I know better, or how I might be able to figure out a reasonable negotiation with this debt.   Welcome Elle to SE. Others can help me out here for what I have missed. Maybe the best solution would be to BOE the amount outlined in the BOE module. Mark has discharged tax debts in excess of $6 million with BOE. Any Tax returns in the future I would buy the “Minimize Tax module” Watch the webinar first then if you wish you can buy the module with all the revenant documents including templates.

  Another thought I had was, you could write a letter to them and apologize For not dealing with this in the correct manner and enclosed an amendment to that year and fill it out as what Mark suggests.
