A mate of mine works security when WOMAD’s on, he tries to get away from me. because i invariably go up to him and say ” It’s me Dave have you got the stuff ,i’ve only got 40 this time that’s ok isn’t it ?” . point being, they all have body cams and recorders. even the humble security guards at concerts. these recordings are evidence in a crime, isn’t with holding evidence in a crime also a crime ?

This looks like it could be a training video, because if a cop was going to do something like this (break a tail light) he would turn off his body cam or lose the footage as they do. Also the judge would not be able to try him if she brought a charge against him, so he wouldn’t be tried in her court room. She could only be a witness with another judge taking the case…. Why do you do that to the security guard? If he was charged wouldn’t you also be culpable for trying to conduct commerce with him in that way?
