00:04:08 Vas: QUESTION: After endorsing & returning Land Tax Notice as a completed contract with 10% cheque for sum certain, the SRO has been silent for 6 weeks from their first reply trying to re-negotiate the contract claiming there is an outstanding balance. Should I start 3 Notice process now or wait and see what they send after due-by date 1st August has passed? Considering I didn’t use a BoE or PN I’m not sure what to write in my 3 Notices for Breach of Contract and Demand for Payment of Debt. Should I notice them my list of questions for evidence of their authority & claims, and send together with Invoice Notice for 4-fold the total amount payable for breach of contract?

Half way down the page and to the right of their new offer it states “ without prejudice” what would the bank be trying to do by putting the words Without prejudice on the new offer. ?
