Address Magistrates Court Re: Charges
The attached file bears a script to address traffic court for people who haven’t yet learned the non consent route so the next best outcome, is Point 2 where either a small financial penalty arises from the pleading, or the matter is dropped when you ask a key “set up” question to the prosecutor.
The Magistrate will most likely drop the charges because he doesn’t want the police officer charged for assault.
