Homepage Private Community Forums Dealing with ‘Police & Authorities’ $500 Fine in coming after Non Consent in Court

  • $500 Fine in coming after Non Consent in Court

I have just finished the non consent process, the Mag basically said “you’re talking gobbledygook” “we are going to send you a $500 fine in the mail” so all I have to do is deal with the $500 fine.

I have my ARR license signed so I’m wondering what the line of least resistance is to discharge or not pay the fine.

I’m from Melbourne, I did the “Non Consent” process that Mark teaches. Rather than striking out the charges the Mag has decided on a $500 fine. Which I did not consent to.

If you have evidence you did not consent or participate in the proceedings, apart from being there to clear up the matter or to pay any verified claims, then there are things you can do. PM me for more.

What if someone participated in the proceedings, didn’t reserve their rights and answered as the name

(Yet refused to enter a play and has had the matter adjourned)?

Can they still send three notices and do the non-consent route properly? Next time? The matter is heard in court?
