    Hi – I purchased the $599 product bundle a month ago, which included a coupon for 12 months membership. I tried to claim this via the shopping cart and received a ‘coupon does not exist’ error. Does anyone know how I can successfully claim this membership?

    Additionally the offer was advertised as including a holiday voucher, which I have never received.

    I’ve emailed Mark as few times but never received a response. Also ‘Contact’ form on this site doesn’t work, with messages bouncing back due to invalid email addresses on this domain.

    All in all not a good look.

    Any assistance appreciated.

    Hi Paul,

    I actually saw this bundle pack on the website about 3-4 weeks ago and when I went back to try and purchase it, I could not find it (it was just prior to the recent SE website issues when it went down or offline, I think)… anyway, I attempted to ask Mark about this in the last Q&A general webinar, but my for some tech reason my questions didn’t reach him. Maybe something broke when they experienced the website issues. I know Mark was away last webinar and not sure if he’s back yet, but I would jump on the next Q&A session (Wed 2nd) and ask Mark. The SE team are most responsive and helpful, but they maybe experiencing a “back log” of enquiries etc while Mark has been travelling. I’ll come back and reply if I hear anything in the mean time.

      Thanks for your reply Georgie. I’ve emailed both Mark, Cherie and tried the ‘Contact’ section of the website. Zero response – in fact the Contact section of the website is broken and only results in invalid email errors.

      I’m glad you’ve had good results with a support team – my entire experience with Solutions Empowerment has the hallmarks of a scam.

        Hi Pauly I know from personal experience this site is definitely NOT a scam. It does seem to have issues but that could be attacks from outside which this site sometimes has very little control over. I’m sure Mark and Cherie are doing their best to work their way through any issues that their website is experiencing and which is causing their members to have issues. If you just hang in there, they will eventually get to your problem. Mark is a genuine man putting information out for his fellow man to utilise and it must be disheartening for you to be having these very real problems, but I am sure your problem will be dealt with in time. In the mean time if there is anything at all I can help with I will strive to do my best to help you. If you PM me if there is anything specific outside of the issue you have let Mark and Cherie know about please reach out.

          I appreciate you taking the time to respond, and your offer of assistance. I will PM you as suggested in the near future, if that is still ok.

          Your explanation of the SE team being very busy would make sense except for the fact that I regularly receive promotional offers, meaning they aren’t too busy to create and distribute those. The support team I read about is still non-existent to me. Therefore it appears with SE that marketing comes before taking care of customers – a sad commonality in business today. I expected more from an enterprise that claimed to be aimed at helping people.

    Now I’ll channel some energy into learning…
