  • Acceptance of a Card?

Posted by sojourner on November 15, 2022 at 9:26 am

Hai, If you are in the midst of getting rid of a CC and they ask the
question “you took the card and used it”, how do you respond to that. I
did say that all previous payments made were done in error and without
full disclosure. This is one area that I think I could stumble over, I
feel pretty solid in all my other defenses but I don’t want to be
tripped up in this area. They have already admitted that they do not
have a contract with me. They said it was destroyed quite a few years
ago lol. But I told them I wanted the money back that they fraudulently
taken from my account and I would seek a judicial review. Then they went
in and hit my credit hard and my credit has now plummeted
significantly. I think they are trying to teach me a lesson. Look
forward to any response. Thank you

What are the actual processes you have already taken? Have you written notices or conditional acceptance or are you just corresponding or phone calling?

Hi, I have already sent all of the notices, affidavits and a certificate of default.
