Do you just need record keeping? Accountants aren’t required for Private Associations.

Yes I would think one would just do their own record keeping. We were asked once for our accountants records as proof of income (before I knew anything about private business and how to run one, and that no one has jurisdiction or the right to look at any records if the private business doesn’t allow them/give them permission to get in) We just said “We can’t afford an accountant and here is our records” They had to accept it even though they didn’t really want to. We all have the right to keep our own records, the system just try to convince us that it has to be done by professionals.
