  AFCA – BOE's and PN complaints

  Hi all 🙂

  Got a finance company trying to sue me via the QLD District Court. For “breach of contract” “non payment” which is all bull as we know. I discharged liability for a company car by PN and default notice after 21 days.

  AFCA – anyone with experience with these guys? Responses from the Ombudsman please?
