    Hi all I have the Birth Certificate and Source Document in my Biological Parents Jurisdiction (family name) but when they split up when I was young I now have everything in my step fathers SURNAME drivers license, passport, everything nothing is in my biological parents Surname so how do I write my Affidavit in regards to family name considering both surnames are FICTION but any Summons or infringement will be in my stepfathers Surname any advice.
