Homepage Private Community Forums Dealing with ‘Police & Authorities’ Affidavit Rejected By NSW Magistrate

  • Affidavit Rejected By NSW Magistrate

Posted by jeff-davidson on February 6, 2023 at 11:07 am

A friend is fighting a NSW $3000 covid fine. If it had been an infringement notice the fine would have been withdrawn due a recent higher court ruling that the covid infringements gave insufficient detail for the accused to understand what he had done wrong, but in this case he was issued a Court Attendance notice and the fine still stands.

The 3-step commercial process has been completed and the defendant filed a simple affidavit with the court with copies of the letters. This was accepted and filed by the clerk but on the day
of the hearing the magistrate said he does not accept the affidavit and the clerk should never accepted it.

My question is: is there a remedy, how do we get around this rejection of our documents?

Read this document carefully. If you stayed out of contract in court there is a remedy in here that you can apply to the fine if it is sent to you in the mail.

Unfortunately my friend was charged by summons and it is only infringement
notice fines that have been withdrawn due to a loop hole the Redfern legal centre
discovered in the Infringements legislation. The State is still at this point in
time going after people who were charged by summons.

How can it be up held, especially now MSM is reporting the hoax and nothing worked.

Q: Is it discrimination to let others off for similar offences? Can your friend apologise to reset the debt for forgiveness? or get the court to witness them as a Wo/Man and as a Wo/Man before any Name or Title, Legal doesn’t apply. I am so over Convid and the Mass Formation. The Alarm bell went off ages ago and people are still sleeping in.

Maybe a three step Notice to create a new agreement then offer to pay in court to turn it into a civil matter. Then say in court if they cannot prove their claim they have a fourfold liability (four times the amount they’re claiming). So the onus is on them to prove they have a valid claim and if you already have established in your agreement/three step process that there is no claim then they don’t have a leg to stand on. If you don’t have time to complete the process ask for an adjournment, maybe you’ve got a sick aunt you have to attend to? This will give you time to complete the process. The judge will still try to test you so make sure you study study study and role play before you step foot in court. The resources are all here for the taking in the form of webinars and modules, it does take time and energy to learn. This why everyone needs to study and learn BEFORE they need it. If you present yourself competently the Judge will probably dismiss the case or adjourn sine die. You must learn how to achieve this for yourself though because there lots more details you need to be aware of.

Fantastic video, massive back pedalling because they don’t like the consequences of their fraudulent and treasonous behaviour; significant amounts of people losing confidence in the system and creating their own ways of carrying out commerce and creating co operative communities, also a significant amount of people learning how to successfully navigate the legal system without lawyers.
