ALLCAPS identity in Court

Hi There everyone,

I’m headed to court in the next couple of months, and I’m concerned that if I still have any Bank accounts (but no debt) in the name of the ALL CAPS Named Trust, and if I am forced to ask for evidence of anyone in Court to tender proof that I am Trustee of that Trust, & responsible for its debts, that I should have previously gone the whole Hogg & also closed all my bank accounts prior to attending court. To ask the question another way, if I still hold Visa Debit Cards only which are linked to accounts in credit, is this sufficient to distance myself from the implied role of Trustee of those accounts in the ALLCAPS name?
