    Hi everyone,

Every so often, the MSM will write articles about how the system beat another sovereign citizen’s attempt to challenge it.

    Here’s one today:

    https://www.news.com.au/finance/money/costs/sovereign-brilliantly-shut-down-by-council-worker/news-story/0b5764d7c8520624aa31f7d12ee204b4

I don’t know the full context of the letter sent to the council but do you think that the issue is driven by the individual making claims the local council worker challenged?

In my case with the ATO, I have sent postage stamps and a $100 cheque to discharge my company tax liability of around $50-60k.

On each occasion, I received no reply from them, yet with the $100 cheque, I even saw on my record they accepted the $100 cheque, reduced my balance then dishonoured it and kept charging me monthly interest. I received no correspondence pointing out any faults in my letters.

I only received an occasional templated letter warning me to pay my company liabilities or stronger action will be made to recover them. I reply each templated letter by expressing my concern I haven’t heard from them and continue asking questions about their interpretation of Section 47 and 48 and for them to sign a claim stating they are exempt from those sections. No reply.

Love to hear people’s views about this.

    God bless,

    Brian

I’ve seen that bloke on the boat in videos before in a traffic stop but the video cut before a result happens, as for the actual story about the council rates that’s why I don’t trust no one you got people in these telegram groups spying etc.

Love how they think a Bill of Exchange is a “tactic to get out of paying rates” These articles are just garbage..

I’m tempted to write to that journalist and rap him over his misleading reporting. But I thought perhaps it’s easier to just use what we know and stay under the surface. What we do isn’t what we want to attract attention, right?

The media is gonna do what the media always do and make up bullshit per usual, most of the people getting in shit are people who don’t follow the correct process like we learn to do here.
Its also fear mongering to put people off from using Bills of Exchange etc.
We all know we aren’t sovereign citizens….
They wanna claim such an outrageous title well go ahead and prove the claim, ill wait lol

Yeah the ATO has gone uncomfortably quiet when I write to follow up on why they haven’t responded to me with my BOE payments. I gave them a chance to prove me wrong on interpreting the Acts. That news.com.au reporter would be very uncomfortable if I share that with him. It would make him blush, the slimy little worm.
