    We cut all leafy greens out of our diet and we don’t miss them at all. They have oxolate and this turns to crystals in the body and can cause arthritis as the crystals accumulate in the joints. Soy contains goitrogens which stuff up hormones and hard beans lentils and wheat contain lectins which in some cases can embed in the gut and cause leaky gut and ibs and crohns. I myself had ulcerative colitis caused by my high fibre diet (it was mainly fruit and veggies) and lack of earthing (which caused rampant inflammation) and I ended up losing my bowel. Then I radically changed my diet to high meat, organ meats, animal fats and cream and we invested in an earthing mat for our bed. Our health has improved immensely.
