ARR Passport issue
I sent my passport application signed with “All Rights Reserved” signature. I received it Oct 10th with my signature adulterated (ie they removed ARR). I emailed them accusing them of fraud and requesting a true copy of my application. Received no response yet and don’t expect to.
How can I get a true copy of my application ??
Should they simply have not issued it.??

Thanks Janet – but the question was about the best / appropriate way to obtain a true copy of my original application. I’m sure I’ll be ignored if I send another email…. so what process should flush it out please.?

thats why you take a photo before sending it or print it
