Assault on Police Officer ?
I have a Welsh mate over in Queensland and he told me he’s just been done with ‘assault on police officer’ and loss of license. He DID CONSENT to the interaction with cops because he knows about this ‘sovereign stuff’ but he doesn’t practice because he’s worried about losing his Visa or whatever so he’s not a proper creditor. They did pepper-spray him. QLD.
Does have anything for a welsh bloke in qld who consented to interaction w cops and has been done with ‘assault on police officer’ ?

He needs evidence if he wants to challenge the charge, because the courts will side with the cops. One thing he can do is plead hardship if he gets a fine and pay only a small amount weekly so it doesn’t cause him too much inconvenience.

mm true.. what if after consenting to the proceedings, he asked in Court ”sir I have a concern, if I go back to the location of this incident and ask the informant a question will he be able to assault and pepper spray me?”
what that work if my mate consented ya think?-
He needs to be able to prove they did it unjustly because they might say they had to do it to restrain him etc. They tend to lie their heads off in court whenever it suits them and guess who the judge believes.

To challenge anything in this system we need to prepare BEFORE we need it as you know. Once an incident has happened, it is almost impossible to get justice unless the one wronged has airtight evidence that the parasites were the ones in the wrong and that he is a victim of bullying and assault, not them. Hopefully this will inspire him to prepare for any future encounters, because one thing the parasites like is finding some one they can hit with fines again and again.
