ATO statement of account
Hey guys,
For those of you that have completed (added your terms to) a statement of account from the ATO did you remove the second page (see attached screenshot)? Or did you leave it in there and just glue it to the bottom of the first page then glue your pages on after that?

I would think a quick rule of thumb would be, if there is anything at all relevant on the second page then glue it to the first one.
