  • Back pay on Centrelink

Posted by mamasha on July 21, 2023 at 9:57 am

Hi, I’ve done the whole non consent for the Vaxx. Centrelink had stopped payment last year then reinstated only one the benefits. In the Non Consent papers there was one directed to one of the parties in charge of the paying of Centrelink that directed her to reinstate the payments. Of course, she has done none of that. What would the next step be to reinstate and back pay what has been withheld for non vaccination? Anyone done anything in this regard? Thanks!

Isn’t there a default and liability clause in the Non consent where if they damage you in any way then you can send them an invoice? Have a look through the non consent docs and if you achieved an agreement with them then they have defaulted on it and now owe you whatever the sums are you stipulated. If you do decide to send an invoice, send it to the CFO, go as high as you can. Have you put in a Formal complaint yet? You can write to the Prime Minister if you want to or go to your local MP or go to the free legal advice. Local MPs and free lawyers can be very helpful with benefit issues and hardship issues. There are lots of things you can do, just make sure you record everything you do so you will have evidence of any criminal negligence or dishonour etc.
