These are comments from the lady who made the video..”We still have the CCTV and Police footage to come to show them bashing the locked gate and front door down. ..we paid over half [the mortgage] and most of that to Nationwide who just took over the Mortgage, however as it turns out they never had the deeds or Mortgage contract. We have since the eviction proven that they also never put in a correct court claim because under the Law without the Original Mortgage Deed they cannot make a court claim without it, as in Geniene Azalea V Bank of Scotland, case law, No Deed No claim. I am doing a video on the fraud that is involved in current Mortgages, most people like yourself do not understand the fraud that is going on, including the fact that we did keep paying the Mortgage for over two years while trying to established the dispute, however Nationwide kept on refusing to show any legal contract and proof of claim of which they are legally required to show within less than a week. The really interesting parts are that if you know you are paying the wrong person/company and it is fraud then you become party to that fraud/theft and you are just as guility as they are in the eyes of the law. Further to that if they had a legal claim to Mortgage payments then why didn,t they show them in the first place and why didn,t they put in a proper court claim in 2018 ?.The first thing you must prove is who lent you money ? well i can tell you right now it was not the Nationwide, then you will have to prove how then lent you money, nobody that has borrowed from a bank as ever seen the money because it is done by electronic transfer, so prove they lent you money, then there is the fact that as soon as you sign a contract for a loan or Mortgage your signiture created the money so who owns it ?. When you borrow a few quid from a friend or family and they gave you that money there is no doubt whatsoever that you owe that money because you took the money and made a contract to pay it back, that is not what happens with a Bank. The fraud was we was paying a third party interloper that cannot prove their claim. We do not pay people who cannot provide evidence in court and neither should anybody else….help people understand what the Bailiffs and Police are allowed to do and what they do that breaks the law.”
