Bankruptcy Notice
Hi S.E. community.
After following the BOE process and thinking I had succeeded, I was shocked to receive a bankruptcy notice today. Here’s what has happened to date:
1. I received a costs order through the Family Federal Circuit Court.
2. I turned the Court Order into a Contract on my terms and also used the BOE process to discharge the liability.
3.. I went to the Regisrty Office but they refused to accept the instrument and I was actually escorted out by 3 security officers. I then posted the BOE and contract via registered post.
4. Thiis was posted back to me. The BOE instrument had been defaced with a black pen and the word “”Requisitioned” written on it. It also had a black cross through the entire page. There was also a letter from the Registrar warning me not to attempt to resubmit this and if I did, that it would be requisitioned again,
5. I then received notification from the court that a date had been set to continue the pursuing of this debt.
6. This court date was Vacated a week before the hearing. I was so excited believing the process had worked.
7. However, as mentioned above, I have today received a Notice of Bankruptcy for the applicant through a private debt collection/bankruptcy agency. They have demanded payment within 21 days otherwise they will commence bankruptcy court proceedings. I was certainly not expecting this.
Does anyone know what I should do next or be able to direct me to appropriate resources.
Thanks in advance.
