Bill of Exchange
I recently sent a PRESENTMENT a speeding fine back to SPER as a Bill of Exchange can anyone confirm that when we sign it we must AUTOGRAPH ( The living ) it and not a SIGNATURE ( The dead) as only the living can ACCEPT it for VALUE. In Bouviers law dictionary VALUE is common law. Apparently when we send our Bill of Exchange the balancing of the BOOKS is only done on the PRIVATE side and the DEBT remains on the BOOKS on the PUBLIC because even though we send it registered mail the BILL of Exchange is not registered on the PUBLIC side and we must get a NOTORY to witness and REGISTER it on the PUBLIC side also the NOTORY can see the living and the dead. It seems to me the reason Bill of Exchanges are not working on the PUBLIC side is that the HOLDER of the BILL does not show Both sides of the Account BOOK to ( Debt Collectors) and will have the DEBT still in PUBLIC can anyone confirm this thanks. Thanks for helping out.
I will say I am a little confused when it comes to the bills of exchange.
Module four does not mention the 5 cent stamp but module 7 does. Also the process is different. I purchased module 4, but apprehensive purchasing again as I am not sure of the benefit.
Can you please help with explain why the difference and does anyone have a copy of a completed BOE?

Mark gives a good explanation of how to competently complete a BOE in the webinar. Another reason it doesn’t seem to work is because we are dealing with pirates and parasites who will not make it easy for you to get it over the line. These days we need to be prepared to go all the way through to the High Court if necessary. The best preparation is probably to keep watch webinars that are relevant to the long game eg holding position and court webinars in readiness for many different scenarios.
