Birth Registration Statement (South Australia)
Posted by Bonez on September 5, 2024 at 3:33 pmSo I received a photo of the form my mother filled out to register the birth today and to my shock, there is no Christian name only Given names along with Surname.
Nothing on the form that says I was born living, only shows my weight.
Even worse my mother filled it out in ALL CAPS.
This registration statement was filled out by my mother 9 days after I was born according to the date she signed it.
The registration date and number down the bottom of the state birth certificate is dated 48 days after I was born.
The registration statement has no identifier pertaining to the registration number and date on the state birth certificate.
Perhaps there is another certificate somewhere they are hiding from me?
Anyone else got their source document does it show the registration date and number?Bonez replied 8 months ago 4 Members · 11 Replies -

Its just come to my attention that the letter of certification that came with this shows,
Certificate: (registration number-Full Title Case Name)
funny that they used the title case name in conjunction with the registration number that’s dated 48 days after the born date but the date on the registration statement is only 9 days after the born date.
Also this birth registration statement came from State Records SA and the certificate says,
“In accordance with Section 30 of the State Records Act 1997 (‘Evidentiary Provisions’),
I certify that this is an accurate copy of the following official record in the custody of
State Records of South Australia.”Heres the kicker, on the state birth certificate it says and is affirmed by the registrar that the particulars are held in a registry in the Births Deaths and Marriages Registration Office which is a totally different building to State Records.
Perhaps I’ve been duped and the actual certificate I asked for is being hidden from me, that being the registration of the Christian Name dated 48 days after the born date as written on the state birth certificate…

Wow! Great info Bonez. Awesome that you found a discrepancy in address/ building of the corporations responsible for your birth reg.
Have you attempted to copyright your name at all? In all forms?
Apparently this is how we can gain direct access to the treasury using our trust

If no one has copyrighted a name and you are the one using it then you have the right to copyright it. eg McDonalds have TM their name and a supermarket in NZ used that name as it was their family name. McDonalds tried to sue but the supermarket had been in existence since before McDonalds take aways and it was their family name so they won, I presume it is the same with copyright, first in best dressed.

Yeah I get what ya mean I’m just coming from the view of own nothing control everything lol
I don’t own a name, I just use a name.
For example instead of going round saying “my name is ……….” I just say “The name ive been known to use is …….” its quite funny when people sound confused and then im just like how does one own a name or sound? could it be we use names and sounds? The language is tricky out here

UPDATE
I asked some questions about this so called certification letter for the birth registration statement, take a look at the answers, something doesn’t sit right with me, how can the birth registration statement verify the baby was born alive when it doesn’t express it?
Furthermore the birth registration statement wasnt filled out in Proper English so no real name was registered.
Also why would it have a series and title number if it is not a certificate of title? only got an outright NO when asking that question…. -
If there are no names on the document that gives rise to the birth certificate they gave you, then doesn’t that mean that the state is personating you?

Ive been talking to the so called Registrar of BDM in SA over email all week trying to get clarification as to what document has the name as a proper noun on it.
If the Registration statement was filled out in all caps and the copy of the state birth certificate is in all caps, then what was registered?
Im asking him to locate the original information/certificate with the registration date stamped on it which was entered into the register, he is claiming its an electronic register, that may be the case now as of the 1996 Act but during 1993 the act in force does not mention an electronic register, so basically ive worded my questions in a way that if un rebutted hes admitting to owning the all caps name in the register. If he owns the name then im going to request he settle all accounts in that name and that all bills for utilities etc in that name be forwarded to him.
There is no evidence I exist if there is no name as a proper noun and the only place i saw a name as a proper noun was on the letter of certification that came with the birth registration statement, it shows the registration number followed by the full title case name as the “certificate” line on the certification letter, so that leads me to believe the original that was entered into the register may have the title case proper noun name on it.-
