  • BOE money order to council

Posted by mamasha on October 28, 2022 at 1:06 pm

Hi, i have discharged a dog rego with a money order BOE to council. I have sent the paper appointing the CFO as the fiduciary, sent the three notices in due time. The ranger kept calling and leaving messages saying it was not a form a accepted payment. i then spoke to him by accident on one of his calls (my son answered the call), following the script of this is not …..’s phone, etc. He then sent an email saying that i would be fined if it was not paid for with an acceptable form of payment. Two points… all correspondance was directed to the accounts manager, yet i only received contact from the ranger, also threatening to come on the property to see if any other dogs were unregistered. Do i ignore this all, as i have not yet heard from the accounts manager or CFO, or respond to his email?

I’m still learning, but First have a No Trespass Sign up. Sounds a bit like a threat. Ask for his evidence to say otherwise. This guy might be on a power trip and you might get him to slip up, so record it all. Keep strong in your position.

Maybe ask him, does he have a contract that says you are his property and if so, can you show me that contract.

I also thought if they have received it, it is the same as accepting it.

Check out Lesson 8 in the Mini Course-Foundational Knowledge under the Knowledge tab for lots of options for questions to ask in this case.

So do i leave it as is regarding the BOE money order? They have not reregistered the dog, still claiming it is not legal tender. I am not worried about the dog being unregistered, only chose to try out the money order because it was 49$. Wanted to practice on a small one first.

Just keep studying the webinars as you go and you will get more and more depth of understanding about these processes.

Always respond within 72 hours and if you are later than that preface the letter with ‘My humblest apologies..’ and then the valid reason that you re late replying. You answer any response by asking questions as in the replies I shared above. If you are taken to court then you have evidence that you paid etc.

As I am busy doing paperwork for several fines and learning how to hold my position on the money order sent to the council for the dog rego, they sent me a fine for ‘not registering the dog’. In other words, they have ignored the whole money order process. Is there some wording I should put on the fine paper and return?

Hi friends, with this same money order process, they have ignored my letters regarding it and now have put it in the fines unit, which are the debt collectors. Now i need to deal withthem? Do i keep addressing the council? They will probably say, we cannot do anything contact the fines unit and the fines unit will say, we don’t have any information, we just collect the debt. You need to contact the council. Benn down this road many times, but not with a money order.
