Exhibition of speed is a specific type of reckless driving, when a
person drives a vehicle at a rate of speed or in a manner which shows
disregard for the safety of other people and property. The statute: (c) A
person shall not engage in a motor vehicle exhibition of speed on a
highway, and a person shall not aid or abet in a motor vehicle
exhibition of speed on any highway. Now we know why he could not explain
it..revving your engine is not in the statute. lol -
