Child vaccination question
Hi, I’m still new here and about to cut my teeth on writing a Conditional Acceptance letter to the Director of the Australian Immunisation Register regarding the vaccination on my 10 month old daughter. According to a letter I just received we lose daycare benefits if she’s not vaccinated. I am seeing this as an opportunity to put into practice some of what I’ve learnt.
My question to the forum is, I have read through the form generator regarding vaccination on this site, I think it was directed more at the Covid jab vs the child schedule but I’m sure it could be leveraged for my purpose. I’m not sure if it’s overkill to find remedy for my use-case? The other option is to leverage one letter as referenced in this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3wVI5uxNc4) and follow the mailing protocol e.g. have the document witnessed, send via registered mail, send to a living person etc.
Has anyone had experience with this that could offer advice as to which road to start down?

Hi here are a few documents that will help. Us the Conditional Acceptance as a template putting in whatever points you wish to make and taking some from the youtube version as well if you want to. Just read all of the documents provided and if you have any questions just ask
