  • Completed contract and bills of exchange delivery.

    Hello.

I have completed the Bills of exchange payment method and turned a court order into a contract. I am delivering it today.

Do I give the original copy of the documents or do I keep the original and give them a copy?

    Kind Regards

    rebecca

If you make a copy make sure it is sighted by a jp and stamped as a true and correct copy. Then you can give them the original and still have proof of what they received as well as having a certificate of mailing to witness that the document is inside the envelope. Maybe you could get the JP to witness it being put in the document on the certificate of mailing. Registered mail so you have evidence of them receiving it. Keep copies of the certificate of mailing and get a receipt for the registered mail from their website once it is delivered.
