  Court experience for discharging debt

  Hey guys,

  I am wanting to hear from anyone here who has been to court for discharging a debt.

  I’m hoping you can share your experience here.

  What did you learn from your experience?

  What went wrong?

  What went right?

  What was the result?

  I will have a hearing coming up soon against the bank so I am preparing as best I can. (I am going to try settle at a round table meeting first).
