    Hi guys 🙂 thanks for your help in advanced. i am about to send off my cheque to the bank for a credit card. I am wanting to grow my confidence which I believe comes with knowledge..i am not sue what to do after that to see the account to zero.

    1- if they call on the phone do I say ( my name) will correspond vis written letters? do I talk with them saying they have received the letter? or not talk to them at all?

    2- is there a letter template for the request to see the account to zero? I have module 10 but it isn’t in there.

    3- how do I hold my ground after sending the first letter?

    Thanks so much, I really want to do this, but really do need clear options to follow from those who have walked before me.
