If the Police do assist the enforcement officer / Bailiff, they are not only breaking their oath for refusing to investigate a fraudulent instrument (being the warrant), but also the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, section 26 [UK], for corrupt / improper exercise of police powers and privileges. Keep your windows and doors locked as these burglars will try every trick in the book to gain illegal entry. As the warrant is not signed in wet ink with their name printed below, this is ‘reverse liability’ and deemed as ‘mail fraud’. You need that name to verify the Judge is real, and their position in the legal system. I guarantee that if this is a civil matter, you can phone the court to learn if you have any outstanding warrants in your name, and they will say no. That should satisfy Police. Finally, if you have paperwork from the ‘County Court Bulking Centre’ (CCBC), in Nottingham, please be advised that they are an admin centre with zero legally trained employees. They are rubber stamping bogus court papers at the instruction / back hander of third party interlopers, as no real court will issue them, so they bulk stamp without signatures in their thousands, not reviewed by a human, just computer generated, no signatures, no authentic seal, and palm them off as genuine. It’s corruption of the highest level ordered by the banks and government under pressure to generate additional revenue. If you receive paperwork from the CCBC Nottingham, it is FAKE, and must respond on this basis without assuming joinder. There is no official contract between a debt collector and a person. Companies like Capita cannot make anyone buy a TV licence (I don’t own a TV anyway) and letters like those from TV Licensing and Debt Collectors etc where no physical contract exists should be sent back to them labelled as “No Contract – Return To Sender” because we the people need to make a stand against this illicit behaviour. It may take a few times to drive the message home but just repeat the process for each letter they send. Never give up and never give in to scum.
