Director ID Non Consent Letter
Hello, I have a question about the postal address for Joseph Longo at ASIC.The non consent generator give the address of GPO Box 9827, Brisbane 4001. However, when you look at the ASIC website it gives the address of GPO BOX 9827, Melbourne 3000. I did find the Brisbane address by google but the page it referred to was last updated in 2021. Could anyone confirm which is the correct address to post this letter to? Thanks

Thankyou for your reply. The pdf mentions that the ASIC website has the Brisbane address, but I am unable to find that anywhere on there. Everything I read for all states is that all mail needs to go to the Melbourne address for sorting. Do you know if the Brisbane address is still valid or would i now need to send to Melbourne address? Thanks

No I’m sorry I don’t. You could try ringing the authorities in charge of that and asking them?

Another question regarding the non consent generator please. Do I need to fill in anything in the section of the affidavit where there is a line on the 1st page (see photo)?
