Directors ID Documents – Round 1 missing info
Hi
I am currently in the process of starting to send out the directors ID info and i have noticed that in round one on the certificate of mailing that the schedule of fees and annexure is not listed as to being included in the envelope.
Am i not to include these in the first round or do i need to add these documents to the certificate of mailing.

thank you, i have looked through the document but cant see where it addresses why these two documents are not on the certificate of mailing

It says only to send your fee schedule should something go ‘wrong’ so I am assuming it is for use if they try to ignore what are doing and/or tell you they won’t accept it. If they require you to do extra work answering their frivolous emails then you would send the fee schedule with your next notice.

I’ve just realise that they are apart of the declaration and that in the declaration they state that they are exhibits, would these not be included on the cert mail and stated as exhibits?
